Collection of your Personal Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by the website. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used to maintain your authenticated session with the website. This information is stored while you have an active session with this website, and is associated with your Second Life avatar name, which is used as your identifier to log into the website. This session data expires and is deleted within 24 hours after your website session ends.

If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through your public online profile, this information may be collected and used by others. You have the ability to delete the information that you upload to your profile through your profile editor. When you delete your profile image or about text, it is permanently deleted from our servers, and we don't keep a copy. In some cases, we may keep copies of profile images that we remove ourselves that violate our profile policy.

The Bloodlines game in Second Life® collects and stores Second Life® avatar names. Second Life® avatar keys (UUIDs) may also be stored. This information is stored indefinitely. This information is collected for the purpose of maintaining records of game accounts and operating the Bloodlines game and website. If you make purchases from our in-world vendor system, records of those sales will be stored indefinitely for the purpose of tracking purchases, internal sales record keeping, and customer support. Registration records for any expansion products will be stored indefinitely for the purpose of licensing and allowing access to the server resources that those products require.

Sharing of Personal Information
We will not forward personal data to third parties except as may be required by court order or other governmental authority. We do not share aggregated personal information with any third parties or provide access to our internal databases to any third parties. Your personal information or online activity on this website is not tracked or available to third parties on other websites you visit. If you create a support ticket, your avatar name will be stored in our third-party helpdesk system using jitbit.com. Jitbit's privacy policy states that data stored on their systems are not shared with third parties.

Children Under Thirteen
Liquid Designs does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of thirteen. In order to obtain a Bloodlines account, you must have a Second Life® account, and you must be at least thirteen to obtain a Second Life® account.

Your Rights
You may request that we provide access to, and rectification or erasure of, your personal data, or restriction on processing your personal data, or you may object to our processing your personal data. If you take any of these actions, you may no longer be able to participate. You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to others. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please note that if we suspend or terminate your account or access to our servers in Second Life in accordance with the Terms of Service, then irrespective of any rectification or erasure request you may make, we will retain personal data sufficient to ensure that your account and access remains suspended or terminated.
